Serotonin helps you relax more, and make you feel at home, and in comfortable places. Serotonin can also be released like when you are walking through the grassy fields, taking a walk under the sun, doing house chores, and generally any activities that let you get comfortable.

Crying also releases pent-up stress that has been built up in your body, so it is a great way to release all of the steam and stress you have accumulated after tiring and hard-working days for a week. So, crying isn’t always signed of weakness, and even for men, crying sometimes can be quite beneficial for health.
